Surja is a Computing and Communications graduate. He began his professional career in 1997 as a developer for creative software and web solutions. He later went on to be a project manager overseeing IT projects that were outsourced to Hong Kong and India.

He set up Bosenet LTD in London and has since acted as the company's Managing Director, focusing on IT strategy, technical consultancy and project management.

Surja's area of expertise is helping and giving guidance to start-up companies in the IT sector.

Walter started his career as a developer for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Financial Software Solutions and worked on a number of high profile projects for the Bank of Scotland and ABN Amro.

He carried out Business Analysis and Online Strategy for numerous projects both big and small.

Currently his focus is on helping companies to get the most out of Web 2.0 as well as Mobile technologies.

Sven holds a masters degree in Computer Science from the Technical University Berlin (TUB), Germany.

While studying for his degree, he began to consult companies on their network infrastructure and built complex Windows Server setups. He has since worked as a project manager for Siemens EC, Tyco Electronics, LambdaNet, Zettler Electonics and TUB.
